INFLATABLE SCREENS COMPLETE SYSTEMS USED EQUIPMENT ACCESSORIES ANYTHING ELSE?

ACCESSORIES

To round off your system, there are some necessities to include. Most of these items are already in your home or can be picked up from a local electronics or hardware store.

Once you have obtained all the audio visual equipment you'll need for the production, here are some other items that should be on your list.

Equipment carts
Give your back a break and increase efficiency in setting up your venue. These also save time and energy.

Spotlights
Great for illuminating your stage area in front of the screen. Also useful to shine up and around your audience for safe exit.

2-way radios
When decisions need to be made quickly, these are indispensable to your management, especially if you have a large venue. It can be difficult to find your staff when it's dark.

Decibel reader
If you want your sound levels to tread lightly on your audience and local neighborhoods, these are useful to measure your audio levels. Your city may require you to stay under a maximum decibel level.

Folding tables and chairs
A few folding tables are helpful for staff taking tickets. Extra chairs can be given to those who show up without a chair or they can be rented for additional income.

Storage tubs
You'll have many small items to stage your production. Stay organized with assorted sizes of plastic storage containers.

Literature racks
Use for schedules and sponsor info you may have at the concession and entrance tables.

Branded signs
Be sure to clearly mark your venue with entrance signs and messages that communicate parking, prices, etc.

Table light
If your tables don't have access to electricity, battery operated lights that illuminate the entrance area is a wise safety precaution for your staff and your audience.

Flashlights
Have a half dozen flashlights on hand for your entire staff. Head lamps are great if you're packing up in low light.

Generators
Depending on your electrical sources and location, you may need to have a high watt generator. The size is determined by the amount of equipment you will be running.

Video game console
This is a nice novelty, especially for the kids. Be careful how long you have the game running into the show as some audience members who came for the movie may get upset.
